 Axel are pleased to announce support for wireless connections
Introduction The wireless driver is embedded in Axel’s ‘no operating system’
architecture. The interface is compliant with 802.11b and 802.11g.

Axel’s wireless implementation currently provides the following
security levels:
- Encryption: WEP, WPA and WPA2
- Authentication: LEAP and PEAP (ms-chap V2)
In addition, the Axel's wireless driver offers a roaming feature.

The Wireless Interface
The wireless capability is available as an option for both M75 and M85, and can be ordered pre-installed or as an after-sales
upgrade kit. (Check terminal’s suitability first).The Axel
wireless solution uses an external antenna, which provides a much
stronger signal than other types of antenna (for example a USB
wireless dongle solution).
When equipped with the wireless option, the terminal can be set
up to use either the wireless or Ethernet interface.
