some browsers warn visitors of the sites about the danger arising from downloading
programs with following messages (or similar other):

Internet Explorer 9:
"The program is downloaded infrequently and may harm your computer."
Internet Explorer 8:
"To help protect your security, Internet Explorer blocked this site from downloading files."
Opera:
"It is not possible to determine whether this file is safe. Are you sure you want to download?"

issued by the Certificate Authority    DigiCert   and are exempt from any kind of malware
(Virus, Worm, Trojan, Spyware etc.) and therefore can be safely downloaded by clicking the
"Run" or "Save" button.

Internet Explorer 9: after the download, you must click the "Actions" button and then
"Run however" (if the last is not present click "More options").

Internet Explorer 8: you must click on the locking download bar (visible at the top of the page)
