I really love the damned trilogy! Is there any possibility that we could see anymore stories in this universe? Will the Amplitur make a comback or will the Core start a war with the rest of the universe? Could there be a movie or two?

I remember ADF mentioning earlier that he has had many requests to continue this series. Im a big fan of the trilogy myself, A Call to Arms was my very first ADF book, unless you count Design for Great Day, which I read when I was nine years old.

A call to arms was my first ADF book too. After that i ate up all his books the only ones I havent read yet are the pip and flinx novels because I cant seem to get my hands on the first one in the series. I really hope ADF writes more stories in the call to arms universe.

I cant get my hands on the first pip and flinx either. Or the Spellsinger one for that matter. Or any of the commonwealth books either. My library is extremely deficient in adf books.

Colby, Super;
Try Amazon.com or Barnesandnoble.com for the titles you don't have. All of the Spellsinger books are being reissued by iBooks/Byron Preiss starting in November.

super & Colby by the first Pip and Flinx do you mean "The Tar-Aiym Krang"?

If you do and you live in the US I wouldn't mind keeping an eye out for it at the local used bookstores and mail to you when I come across a copy. I know Bounty Books has a copy... the only problem is that is bundled with the other Flinx books up to "Mid-Flinx" (for $15). The problem is that I don't know if they'd be willing to 'break' the bundle. :/

Super - as for the first Spellsinger.... I know Wordsworth has the 2nd and third, but again my memory fails me as to the first. LOL when ever I go into either store I 'short' the ADF titles into two piles. The have's and have-nots. I'll admit the sorting is kinda done with an easy that has me paying the least amount of attention. :D

E-Mail me if your inteserted. There aren't, sadly, any garrentees, but I don't mind being an extra pair of eyes. Don't worry about a fee. The postage cost for a couple of books won't be that much here in the states. :)

lol, if either of you two don't live in the states... :( sorry to get your hopes up.

On a side note. I'll only be able to check my E-Mail on Mondays and Tuesdays. the rest of the time I'm working

LOL Kame. I just looked up the electronic catalog in my library and it says that they have a copy, but it is checked out. Ill just try to get it from there. Thanks for the consideration though :). Maybe Colby can use your help.

Oh by the way, I do live in the States. Florida to be exact.

Hey just a quick Q folks:..The first adf Pip book?
"The Tar-Aiym Krang" -first to be written or
"For Love Of Mother-Not" -first in Pips' time-line
BTW noticed that we've made the 500 post mark!!!

haha, that thought had crossed my mind after I'd posted. I just assumed they ment "The Tar-Aiym Krang" since "For Love of Mother-Not" is a little bit easier to find.

500 posts is good.

If ever a trilogy was crying out for a 4th book its The Damned. So many possibilities!

I agree. I have read the series numerous times. When I read the first one, I was hooked. When the second novel came out, I re-read the first THEN the second. When the third one came out, I re-read the first, then second THEN the third. ; )

Since then, I have read all three together at least twice a year since... during the Christmas Holidays then during the Summer Holidays.

I have read every Flinx novel at least 10 times over the years. Needless to say, I enjoy ADF stuff. : )

I have read many of the books I first read in the Fifties at least 20 times each... yes, I am obsessive. : )

...but, I have good taste!

Indeed. I myself have just managed to start the Pip and Flinx novels. It seems that they are reprinting them or something, except with different covers. I read 'For Love of Mother-Not' and 'The Tar-Aiym Krang' not too long ago.

The Damned Trilogy was the first series that I read and I loved it. It does seem like it could use an extra addition, but it's up to ADF to decide, of course.

Good Evening All,

I have really enjoyed the Taken triology. The characters are colorful and the stories are fun. Any chance for a follow up story for Marcus and his friends? I know, I know, then it would not be a trilogy. Anyway, I have just started the Pip and Flinx novels (For Love of Mother not and
The Tar-Aiym Krang) and I have been trying to collect the whole series through much searching of the net. Happy hunting for me...so long...
