Cirrus Logic International Semiconductor Ltd. is recruiting for the following positions in Austin, TX: - Analog Design Engineer (Req #254, #255, #258). Design complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) and bipolar-complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (BiCMOS) analog and mixed-signal blocks for analog-to-digital converters, amplifiers, oscillators, phase-locked-loops (PLLs), references and pulse-width modulation (PWM) circuits for industrial, audio, power and embedded applications. - Analog IP Design Engineer (Req #257, #259). Analog IP library development, including the design, simulation, characterization, and validation of I/O circuits, band-gap-based power on reset circuits, standard cells, de-glitch cells, delay macros, and level shifters, both dynamic and static. - CAD Engineer (Req # 260). Develop and maintain software integral to the RTL Quality Flow to automate launching vendor tools. - Design Verification Engineer (Req #261, #262, #263, #264, #265, #266, #267, #268). Responsible for functional verification of audio CODECs and other mixed signal products. Detailed responsibilities include but are not limited to: verification planning, testbench development, failure analysis and resolution, coverage analysis and population, digital/mixed-signal modeling, directed/constraint-random test generation, formal verification analysis with execution, proficient knowledge of scripting languages and flow development. - Digital Design Engineer (Req #269, 270). Design digital logic circuits and digital filters for applications including Mixed Signal Audio converters and amplifiers, Embedded SoC, Power/Energy Management, high precision Industrial/Data Acquisition products. - Embedded Software Test Engineer (Req # 283). Design software test plans (both black box and white box) for new integrated circuit product and feature requirements. - FPGA Implementation Engineer (Req # 272). Perform the synthesis of ASIC designs on to FPGA platforms; porting ASIC RTL code onto FPGA targets; operate simulation and modeling equipment including design tools. - IP Design Engineer (Req # 256). Analog IP library development encompassing the design, simulation, characterization, and validation of I/O circuits, band-gap-based power on reset circuits, standard cells, de-glitch cells, delay macros, and level shifters, both dynamic and static. - IP Verification Engineer (Req #252). Responsible for performing verification planning; testbench development using UVM methodologies. - Manager, Design Verification Engineering (Req# 289). Develop verification methodologies and infrastructures to solve new problems; work with other functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality silicon; own verification schedules and report progress metrics. - Mixed Signal Modeling & Verification Engineer (Req # 274). Perform verification planning and AMS simulation on full custom ASICs for audio processing applications as part of a team. - Physical Design Engineer (Req #275, 276). Responsible for all aspects of physical implementation from RTL to GDS, including RTL synthesis, scan stitching, timing constraints creation, Power analysis, chip floor plan, clock distribution, full chip assembly, Timing driven Placement & Route, Static Timing Analysis, timing closure, ECO and tapeout. - Platform Development Engineer (Req # 250). Develop leading-edge test technologies, test hardware design and infrastructure, test platform FPGA design, and other various test methodologies to improve the capability and efficiency of pre-silicon emulation / post-silicon validation. - Platform Development Engineer (Req # 251). Work with multiple cross functional teams (Validation, Product Test, Firmware Development, Driver Development, Firmware SQA) to understand various test and development use cases for pre-silicon FPGA prototyping platforms. - Product Engineer (Req # 277). Work on new product introductions of high performance mixed-signal audio integrated circuit products while driving yield improvement, cost reduction and quality improvement. - Product Test Engineer (Req # 278). Design and implement high-performance hardware and software to test leading-edge mixed-signal products including audio codecs, haptics/sensing, and portable amplifiers. - Product Test Engineer (Req # 279). Develop production test solutions for high volume manufacture of complex mixed-signal semiconductors for consumer audio devices. - Reliability Engineer (Req # 280). Own and lead integrated circuit product reliability and qualification plan and risk assessments from the initial concept phase through mass production. - Silicon Development Program Manager (Req # 281). Lead the design planning and execution of high-performance mixed-signal integrated circuits across all facets of design from concept and new IP development to final silicon. - Software Test Engineer (Req # 282). Apply software engineering principles to develop test plans and execute tests during pre-silicon and post-silicon phases of the product to ensure functionality and performance as per the system requirements. - Software Test Engineer (Req #284). Develop robust and scalable test methodologies to test software; design test strategies for projects to address every aspect of test (Black box, White box, Stress, Long duration, System test etc.); communicate with cross-functional teams and represent the embedded software test team in discussions and reviews. - Software Tools Engineer (Req # 285). Apply highly specialized knowledge of software engineering principles and highly specialized knowledge of Java, Python, Ruby, object-oriented design, multi-threaded and multi-process systems, and computer architecture (including registers, stack, memory, addressing and integer encodings) to develop advanced desktop software tools to be used to graphically configure and tune integrated circuits in both Windows and Macintosh operating environments. - Software Tools Engineer (Req # 286). Lead engineering development of critical desktop tools software projects that enable graphical configuration and tuning of integrated circuits. - Spice Modeling Engineer (Req# 287). Perform semiconductor device characterization and extract SPICE models for customer integrated circuit devices. Remote work arrangements are acceptable. Salary Range: $136,348 - $149,647. This role includes Medical, Dental and Vision, plus 401(k) with 50% matching up to 8%. This position may be eligible to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's Variable Compensation Plan. - Systems Architect (Req # 288).
