    I've seen 70ish do it, any lower it's kindof suicidal. and takes way too long to kill anything.

    Ely hecks are doable at 75, aim a bit lower, like 49

    Id say this is more the point than how many RS buffs you can fit in at that level...i did it on my NT when i was froob at about 60 with GSF etc but it took a LONG time...
