Gear Box T.E. base model
(direct frontal clutch)
Our new gear box! It’s intended for a great
range of mower lines starting from the more common
with a blade of 43 cm until more heavier with a
blade of 53 cm.Considering the particular technical-structural
characteristics of the transmission, maintenance
isn’t necessary and the tow power is very
high.
Technicals characteristics:
- Rate of transmission: 9:1.
- Dog-clutch unit, with the exclusive feature of
the chased collar engaged by an external lever (that
can be produced according to Customer’s drawing).
Driven by an internal spring. This allows smooth
movements and no stress on the cable.
- External dimensions are the same as our standard
gear box.
- Input and output shafts can be produced according
to Customer’s drawing.
- Left and right-handed directions of rotation avalaible.

Transmission with friction plates
IXL Version: with its two
basis versions (BASE -IXL), our transmission for
power with friction plates is supplied to the most
importan Italian and export makers of power-mowers.
In the IXL model by means of the use of axial and
radial bearings of the highest quality and the shaftig
with tempered segments it was meant to eliminate
any loss of power due to parasitical frictions.
One must also remember that, considering the particular
technical-structural caracteristics of the transmission,
maintenance isn't necessary.
BASE Version: needles casing
and the piston bearing PAP 1210 P10 have been removed;
the shaft turn directly on the aluminium base without
cause wear because the shaft is hardened.
Makers of power-mowers can count on a product of
absolutely superior quality and on the possibility
of demanding any adaptation or personalization to
any of the parts or components.
