Instruments of the Association


The Trento Amateur Astronomers Association has got the following telescopes to observe the sky:

Schmidt Cassegrain Celestron Classic 8"

Schmidt Cassegrain Celestron Ultima 8"

Refractor Meade ETX 70mm

Newton 6" (Equatorial Mount)

Newton 8" (Dobson Mount)

Newton 12" (Dobson Mount)

These telescopes are rich in accessories for sky observation and photography. They can also be equipped with a CCD for electronic shots and with a notebook computer portable for their control.

The telescopes are lent to the members who ask them. The biggest instrument is available only with accompanying.
