The duties of this Junior Sous position will include: .Maintaining the establishments excellent standards
.Working effectively as part of the kitchen brigade
.Working on and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in all sections.
.Monitoring stock and controlling costs
.Working to a high standard at all times
.Produce consistent results and demonstrate attention to detail The Working pattern for this position will be five days out of seven."
