Il Serratone, bellissima tenuta agrituristica, posta nel cuore della Maremma Toscana tra il mare e la montagna, è stata studiata per offrirvi soggiorni di qualità nei propri appartamenti. Posto nel contesto di un' azienda agraria di 20 ettari, è altresì ideale per coloro che sono alla ricerca di un ambiente incontaminato, caratterizzato da quiete e servizi accurati.

Gli appartamenti sono stati realizzati per soddisfare i nostri ospiti e per rendere più piacevole la loro vacanza in Maremma. All 'agriturismo Serratone possono soggiornare un massimo di 4 famiglie, per questo, potrete facilmente rilassarvi durante le vostre vacanze, in quanto grazie ad un ampio giardino e alla piscina che non risulta mai affollata vi permetterà di prendere il sole e di riposarvi in tutta tranquillità. Ristrutturati e arredati secondo lo stile e la tradizione una volta, gli appartamenti sono dotati di tutti i comfort per rendere la vostra vacanza ancor più piacevole. Ognuno dispone infatti di una cucina attrezzata e completamente funzionale che vi permetterà di cucinare i piatti tipici della cucina Maremmana, grazie a un gran numero di stoviglie, oltre al frigo con congelatore e al forno elettrico. La nostra struttura è ideale per trascorrere una vacanza durante tutto l 'arco dell 'anno. Pur godendo di un clima relativamente temperato con temperature che oscillano tra i 5° e i 30° gradi, sarà possibile utilizzare nel periodo invernale come a Natale o a Pasqua il riscaldamento, e nel periodo estivo i climatizzatori. Nel giardino è a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti il barbeque, per coloro che desiderano gustarsi i pasti in pieno relax, all 'aperto, usufruendo dei tavoli e ombrelloni in giardino o sul bordo della piscina. Ad ognuno degli appartamenti è stato riservato un uno spazio esterno con tavolo e sedie dove potrete rilassarvi o godere dei bellissimi tramonti sulla campagna della Maremma-Toscana o del panorama sulle colline del morellino. Al vostro arrivo (solo per soggiorni settimanali) troverete in omaggio negli appartamenti una bottiglia di buon vino delle nostre colline.

Immersa nel verde si trova una piscina di 7mt x 14mt con ampio spazio dedicato a: doccia, lettini prendisole, sdraio e caratteristici ombrelloni e da cui è possibile godere di uno splendido panorama sulle colline della Maremma.

At vacation home Serratone at most 4 family can stay; that's the reason why you can easily relax during your holidays : thanks to a big garden and the swimming - pool, which is never too much crowded, you will have the possibility of sunning yourself and relaxing. Our apartments, which have been restructured according to the style and the culture of the old Tuscany, are provided with all the facilities you need in order to spend a pleasant holiday. In every apartment there is an equipped kitchen with all the outfit you need in order to cook the typical dishes of the cousine of Tuscany : crockery, fridge, freezer and electric oven. Our apartments are the ideal place to spend a holiday in Tuscany all year round. Even if the climate is temperate (temperatures fluctuate from 5 to 30 degrees), it is possible to use the heating during winter and air conditioning during summer. Near the house there is a barbecue that all the guests can use in order to eat peacefully in the open, using the tables and beach-umbrellas which are in the garden and near the swimming-pool. Every apartment has its own external area equipped with table and chairs where you can relax yourself and enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the countryside of Tuscany and the view on the Morellino hills. At your arrival (only for weekly stay) you will find in the apartments as a present a bottle of wine of Tuscany .
In the green ground of the Serratone there is a swimming-pool ( 7x14 meters) with a big solarium, with shower, deck-chairs and beds and typical beach-umbrellas, from which there is a beautiful view on the Tuscany's hills.

Il Serratone ist ein wunderschöner Agritourismus und bietet Ihnen ein komfortablen Ferienaufenthalt im eigenen Apartment. Die Anlage ist mit einer Reihe von angeboten ausgestattet die einen idealen Ferienaufenthalt in der Natur ermöglichen und auch die Ansprüche derer zufrieden stellen, für die Sport und Wellness besonders wichtig sind. Il Serratone ist in einen bäuerlichen Betrieb von 20 Hektar eingebettet und unter anderem ideal für alle, die eine ursprüngliche un saubere Anlage suchen in der sie Ruhe finden und verwöhnt werden.
Alle appartements wurden organisiert, um alle Beduerfnisse und Notwendigkeiten unserer Gaeste zu erfuellen und Ihr Urlaub in Toskana angenehmer zu machen. Im Ferienhaus Serratone koennen sich hoechstens 16 Personen aufhalten: auf diesem Grund, sind der grosse Garten und der Schwimmbad nie ueberfuellt, und man kann sich einfach waehrend den Urlaub entspannen, in der Sonne liegen und sich ruhig ausruhen. Unsere appartements, die nach dem Stil und der Tradition der alten Toskana umstrukturiert und ausgestattet wurden, sind mit allem Komfort versehen, um Ihr Urlaub angenehmer zu machen. Jeder Wohnung verfuegt naemlich ueber eine ausgestattete und ganz praktische Kueche , die Ihnen ermoeglicht, die typische Gerichte der Kueche von Toskana zu kochen; in der Kueche gibt es naemlich eine grosse Auswahl an Geschirr, der Kuehlschrank mit Gefrierapparat und ein elektrischer Ofen. Auch wenn das Klima besonderlich gehaertet ist (die Temperaturen schwanken zwischen 5 und 30 Grade), ist es doch moeglich, im Winter die Heizung und im Sommer Air Conditioning
Im garden neben dem Haus gibt es ein Schwimmbad (7 mt x 14 mt) mit einem grossen Solarium, Dusche, Sonnenbetten, Liegen und Schirme; von hier ist es moeglich, eine wunderbare Aussicht ueber die Huegel .
