The Bed & Breakfast Ailanto, open all year round, is situated on the Hill of Cartoceto, at 235 metres above sea level, nestled amongst olive groves and cultivated fields that dominate the town of Fano, in the countryside of the Marche. Surrounded by greenery of nature, the B&B is located very close to the sea and to places of historical-cultural interest, such as Urbino, Gradara, Fano, Pesaro.

In November, period of collection and pressing of the olives, Garibaldi place in Cartoceto turns into a large market where growers and mills of the zone present their products. It is the most important exhibition-market of olive and oil in the territory and covers, in addition to local producers, even those of the other municipalities of the Valley of Metauro and Foglia.

Every year, in autumn, the last Sunday in November an appointment is renewed in Cartoceto, the one that calls us "to open the hollows" at the Deli-shop Beltrami.

The area is rich of famous restaurants and pizzerias the closest one is the Restaurant-Pizzeria “Agli Olivi”.

Ailanto is the name of a tree with a thick foliage that dominates the skies.

Introduced from China in 1700 resists any climatic condition and adapts well to all environments.

Due to the ductility and the strength of its wood, it was used by the peasants in the construction of stairs and that’s why in our region, it is also known as "Paradise Tree ".

His name, symbol of hospitality and elegance has been chosen to describe the cosy rooms of our bed & Breakfast, from which you can see the coast of the Adriatic Sea in Fano, separated by a vast swathe of green olives from Cartoceto.

The stay is 30,00 Euro per person per day for the whole year and is free for children up to 3 years.

The price for the rental of the apartment without breakfast depends on the number of persons.
