Recovered from a characteristic rural complex, the present house has been transformed in to a new unit from a cowshed and hay-loft keeping the original structure so that the atmosphere of old times is still perceived and its simple architecture well fits to the surrounding, silent area inside a wide fenced park with wonderful swimming pool.

Continental breakfast is served in the adjoining kitchen, reserved to guests. Independent entrance and private parking.

THE BEDROOMS

It offers three double rooms, one with a suite (also for single use or with an extra bed); each with private bath, air conditioning and any comfort, all sited in the lighty underoof with visible rooftree and furnished with fresh tapestry, suitable to a cosy, intimate place.

Within the Papparotti area, in Udine (50 mt. pizzeria "La Tessitura"), a few minutes from the historical centre, well served by public facilities and buses (autobus n° 5), the house is in strategic position to reach towns of historical and artistic interest like Cividale, S.Daniele, Gemona, Gorizia, Trieste, Palmanova and Aquileia, the beaches of Grado and Lignano and the nearby hilly area of Collio, rich with vineyards and panoramic gastronomic and wine itineraries.
