RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note, you are obliged to respect your reservation as much as we are obliged to keep our boats reserved for you.

It’s necessary to give valid credit card details to make a reservation, the number (16 digits) and the expiry date, with the cardholder’s name. The credit card details will not be used to make drafts or to pay for the tour, but just as a guarantee. There will be no drafts from your credit card unless you do not respect your reservation.

In case of bad weather, your reservation will be cancelled, with no charge and if possible reorganized for another date.

Cancellation advice that arrives 15 days before your tour reservation will not generate any penalty fee.

Cancellation advice that arrives from 14 days to 7 days before your tour reservation will generate a penalty fee of 30% of the total amount.

Cancellation advice that arrives from 6 days to 2 days before your tour reservation will generate a penalty fee of 40% of the total amount.

Cancellation advice that arrives the day before or the same day as your reservation will mean payment of total amount of your boat tour.
