Other SafeConsole Product Support

Send an e-mail to [email protected]. In order for us to help you faster, please include:

  • • Catalina__.log files (available in the SafeConsole install/logs folder)
  • • Device log when applicable (available by pressing ctrl alt f6 in the device login application)
  • • Screenshots of the problem when it appears (if applicable)

If these files are not submitted with the initial ticket, we will just ask you to submit them later on since they are essential for us to find your problem. You will not be saving any time by not submitting the logs. Thank you!
