1 double bed-day, 1 single bed-day, 1 dining table and a satellite TV-set.
Kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, oven, a four cooking range and a dish-washer, door on a little garden.
1 bathroom, with shower and WC.
First floor:
1 double canopy bedroom, 1 large bathroom with a bathtub, bidet and WC.
Second floor:
1 double bedroom with a separate WC, 1 twin bed bedroom; all these rooms with a magnificent view on the Arno valley.
Gas-heating. Private 30 sq mt garden.
Only small pets allowed.
The 1st and 2nd floor of the house La Torre are very comfortable and furnished in original Tuscan style.
From its windows you can enjoy a wonderful view on the Arno valley.

Bed for children, bed and bath linens, pets (where allowed) are included in the rent.
Heating not included (€ 4,40 per mc) and final cleaning (€ 19 per person) must be paid on the spot. Pool towels: € 5 per week.
Deposit: € 250,00 must be paid by cash on the spot. (The deposit will be returned if no damage has been done to the property).
Short Breaks can be accepted (reservations: minimum 3 nights, only in low and medium season).
The weekend fare can be thus calculated dividing the price of a week by 7; the result should be multiplied by the number of nights requested.
