(Copenhagen, DENMARK) – Mikkeller has a couple new releases coming this fall.
Before we go any further, please note that these labels are not yet finalized or approved by the TTB. Sentence Beer was actually the first to reveal them earlier this week and I contacted Mikkeller artist, Keith Shore, to get more information about them.
Swinging Harry Tropical Quad:
“The Quad is a Belgian-Style Ale made in collaboration with Cigar City Brewing. It was brewed with Citra and Simcoe hops and aged in Grand Marnier barrels with papaya, mango and Brettanomyces claussenii. It will be released in 500 ML bottles.” The beer was brewed at Amager Bryghus in Denmark.
Mikkeller Happy Lovin’ Christmas:
“The Holiday IPA will be released in 750 ML bottles with a cork and foil top and is brewed with Ginger and Pine.”
These will both be released in the US and Europe. They will be imported to the U.S. by the Shelton Brothers.
Isn’t mistletoe poisonous?
Did they get the ok from ActiVision to use the Pitfall themed label?
Pine ≠ mistletoe
