Cannot delete WebMail If your account quota has reached a maximum you may experience difficulty deleting messages. This is because in order to delete a message it must be "marked for deletion" which takes up a small amount of additional space. If it's only your email address simply increase your email account's quota through the web hosting control panel so that you can delete once more and then reset it back to the original size. If you entire account is over quota, you can try to delete a large file (often spam folders will do the trick) directly through an FTP connection. If not please contact us so that we can assist.
