The B&B Mimosa is in Pare', near to centre of Como and to Lake. It is situated in a peaceful and green area, away from the noise and traffic of the large towns. There is a nearby bicycle path, where guests can follow various routes and enjoy rewinding in the surrounding area. Additionally there are many places nearby that make the location interesting for both tourists and professionals.

We are 10 minutes away from the centre of Como and from lake, where guests can visit various historical monuments, museums, the cathedral, the splendid Villa Erba and Villa Carlotta. As well, there is our wonderful Lake Como, where you can go on boat trips and admire the beautiful scenery around the lake. We are 10 minutes away from Switzerland; 20 minutes from Varese, 40 minutes from Milan and 25 minutes from the trade shows at LarioFiere in Erba. Bus services and a bank, pharmacy, restaurant, newsagents, shops, church, hospital and post office are all within convenient reach.
The bedrooms are: one double (with possibility of a third bed), and two singles. The bathroom is available exclusively for guest use. Upon request the double room can be used as a single. All rooms have internet access, and are in a detached house that is surrounded by an ample garden.
Every morning the B&B provides an excellent breakfast.

Payment bank transfer in advance
Is required a deposit upon booking and the balance on arrival for long nights. For stays of three days is required the entire amount in advance. Rules: reservation cancellation three days before arrival. After this date you will lose the amount paid and the availability of rooms.
