Outright Winners
Spain are the obvious stand-out team on the list, but they’ve not been in great form in recent times and a lot of their players are out of form (Torres) or injured (Xavi, Villa). Saying that players like David Silva are still extremely dangerous.
The team that I am going to put a bet on are Italy, who impressed in their qualifying and have the ability to scrap and defend their way through the group stages and do well. Other than that Germany would probably have the edge over England for me.
