Early Cotton Bowl views

LSU has gone from a pick 'em to a 1-point favorite back to a pick 'em again in the Cotton Bowl.

I noticed The Sporting News has picked LSU to win the game. It will be interesting to see who the so-called experts like in this one.

Texas A&M's defense is certainly improved over last year. Ryan Tannehill has brought stability to the Aggies' offense.

A&M was hot at the end of the season. LSU was, well, LSU pretty much all year -- solid on defense, inconsistent on offense.

This one will probably be decided by how well LSU's defense plays. As inconsistent as the offense is, they'll somehow get to 21. The key will be if LSU can keep the Aggies under that number.

This Cott0n Bowl Stadium is a place made for Television.
A big giant TV screen from one 20 yard line to the other 20 yard line.
A Big stage for a big Bowl game..LSU wins, and the SEC just keeps getting stronger.

It's very optimistic to assume that LSU's offense will score 21 points. They might need a special teams or defensive TD or two to win. Maybe Ridley and Peterson will be highly inspired in their last game for LSU.

This is a big Bowl game for LSU,not only are they going to be on a big show in a big new stadium..But LSU must hold up the SEC mantel, and go unto the 2011 football season with a top ten racking.
Les Miles is doing better now, he must keep it that way.
