Both Pattie and her sister Jenny (Real name : Helen Mary) were models, though Pattie was always more popular (Pattie said Jenny didn't have her ambition). Pattie and Jenny were always really close, even back in those days. They did this shoot for a magazine. Paula, Pattie's younger sister, was also a model, but not as important as her two big sis.
