BOOKING INFORMATIONS

PRICE RANGE

Rates are indicative and may change without notice

	2 people Room/Suite	4 people Apartment
Per night:	from 90 to 190,00€	from 160 to 250 €
Per week:	from 580 to 1.200,00€	from 900 to 1.500,00€
Above rates are total per room incl. all taxes, maximum occupancy not to exceed.
Rate depends on room size, number of nights, time of the year, and check in day.

         

Minimum stay restriction, depending on accommodation size:

low season 2-3 night(s), mid season 2-5 nights, high season 3 - 7 nights.

Larger accommodations in July and August should be rented just on Saturday to Saturday weekly basis, but exceptions may be welcome, according to availability.

To RESERVE - Reservations are always finalized only in written form:

• Send us an e-mail at:  reception@caminino.com - This is the best way: we will reply with a "tailor cut" offer according to all your specified requests, including a reservation form which you can send back us on acceptance by email or fax (+39 05641881084).  
• Reservation will be confirmed by our voucher, to be shown on arrival.

Please always add a working direct contact (mobile phone) so that in case a fast confirmation is needed from both parts, we can contact You directly (i.e. text message or quick call).

IMPORTANT: To confirm the booking and obtain the Reservation Voucher we will require valid credit card details, and we will charge 50% of the total of the stay. In case of Bank Transfer confirmation deposit, this should be attached to the confirmation.

A reservation is confirmed only when our Voucher has been issued.

CANCELLAYION POLICY, according to our small resort (only 7 suites):

In case of a cancellation, the amount due to us is according to the following deadlines:

Since booking date till 90 days before Check in                    20% of the total is due
Since 89 day before Check in till 60  days before Check in      50% of the total is due
Since 59 day before Check in till 30  days before Check in      70% of the total is due
Since 29 day before Check in till arrival day or not show 100% of the total is due

In case of earlier departure no refund can be requested.

We strongly recommend you consider purchasing a holiday-insurance covering cancellation risk.
