The new HC-5X (wide) is ideal for every day, articulate speech audio anywhere you need good, full-range audio. A +6 dB rise at 2,500 Hz, the frequency right in the middle of the human voice pattern, brings great articulation to your signal. The low-end response rolls off at 300 Hz. The -3 dB point of the HC-5X is set at 300 Hz to 8 kHz with the tuned peak being +6 dB at 2,500 Hz.

 The new HC-4X (narrow) element has been designed for serious DXers. It places a +10 dB rise at 2,500 Hz, which is right in the middle of the human speech range. The result is not a pretty sound, but it cuts through. The low-end response rolls off at 600 Hz. The -3 dB point of the HC-4X is set at 600 Hz to 6 kHz with the tuned peak being +10 dB at 2,500 Hz.

 The Heil HM-12 exhibits a very natural audio response from 80Hz - 14 kHz. The traditional Heil +4 dB peak centered at 2 kHz gives the new HM-12 excellent voice articulation balanced with clean, clear low-end response producing a high quality AM, FM or SSB signal.

 The HM-12 microphone has an internal foam windscreen and includes a 5/8"-27 microphone clip that is designed for our booms and desk stands.

 The HMM is offered as the HMM and the HMM-iC. The HMM is equipped with a full range dynamic microphone element with great articulation. The HMM-iC is equipped with our iC electret element. The flexible, but sturdy, coil cable terminates to a 1/8" male for the microphone and a ¼" male for PTT control. It is compatible with all of the Heil AD-1 adapters.

Ideal for hand-held use, the iCM features a push-to-talk switch mounted on the body. The iCM is hardwired to an 8-foot length of Heilwire cable that terminates in an 8-pin Foster connector wired for the Icom transceivers. A 1/4in inline phone jack accepts PTT input from a Heil FS-2 or FS-3 foot switch or Heil HS-2 hand switch. Frequency Response: 35Hz - 12kHz

The iCM is available in matte black/gold grill or silver finishes, and includes a foam windscreen and a microphone clip compatible with Heil Sound base stands and booms.

Note: The iCM is designed for Icom transceivers only.

 The PR-77D achieves its exceptional performance via a large, 1-jnch, low-mass voice coil encompassed by a powerful magnet structure using a mixture of neodymium, iron and boron. Special attention has been paid to the phasing plug assembly to provide exceptional 180-degree, off-axis rear rejection of over -40 dB. Simultaneously, the front pattern allows the user to move about freely in front of the element with no change in response.

 Unique to the PR-77D is a two-position switch allowing the user to select optimal response frequency characteristics between Voice and Music applications. The Voice position rolls the audio off at 120 Hz at -6 dB per octave, whereas the Music position removes the filter and uses the entire audio spectrum of 60 Hz to 16 kHz.

 The PR-77D is designed to be used exclusively with booms or bases, and has standard 5/8"-27 microphone stand threads. Requires CC1-XLR-x cable for ham radio use.

 The cardioid pattern offers the greatest rejection at 180 degrees off axis which is directly behind the microphone and creates virtually no off-axis coloration while providing the greatest possible rejection of unwanted audio.
