EasyLink reduces the complexity, cost, and time associated with faxing. Donovan Data Systems (DDS) customers use EasyLink everyday to fax reports from DDS applications directly to vendors, clients, or any other destination that is specified. The cost associated with faxing through EasyLink is less than what an agency would spend on adding employees to get the job done manually, such as printing reports, faxing reports, and waiting for busy fax lines to clear. And you only pay for faxes that get delivered!

For Spotpak and Reppak users, EasyLink maintains a listing of fax numbers for stations, the Redilist. You can use the standard DDS Redilist as part of the services provided by EasyLink. Printpak and Netpak users provide their own fax numbers, based on the nature of their business. EasyLink's service is fast and easy to use. Once the initial setup is done the faxing process requires little to no work.

Request Account Changes Online

With the availability of EasyLink information on the DDS website, you can register a new user ID or make changes to a Redilist through the web.

To enquire about the status of changes you've submitted through the website, email easyops@easylink.com. EasyLink staff will know immediately that your inquiries are about DDS-related changes.

Put Your Logo on the Top of Every Fax Sent

For a small fee EasyLink will program your company's logo into their network. This logo will then appear on the top of all faxes you send. See Logo registration for more information on this new feature.

EasyLink Redilist

The links in the sidebar will provide you with a download of the most current DDS Master Redilists for creative and media agencies, buying services and representatives. These lists are maintained by EasyLink based on information that Donovan Data Systems users supply. If the fax number your company uses for a station is different from the main number supplied here you will need to have EasyLink set up a private Redilist for your User ID. The numbers on the private Redilist will be used when you fax to the station from that user ID. EasyLink updates these lists monthly. The date the file was actually updated appears in the file.

The Redilists on this website are updated around the 15th of each month. However, any changes you submit to EasyLink are processed immediately. If you don't see an update you submitted on this list, it may be due to the fact that we have not received the updated file.

Need Multiple Destinations for a Station?

Some stations may have multiple fax destinations associated with them. In this case your fax will be sent to all the destinations shown.

To add an additional fax destination for a station, submit the Redilist change form with the " add" action checked for an existing station on the Redilist. EasyLink will retain the current number and add the new one as well. In cases like this you will want to submit both numbers as part of your private company Redilist. If you want faxes to go to a both destinations be sure to submit the second number in a separate add action, not by adding a secondary fax number on an existing station. The secondary fax field is used to specify a backup number, which is used only if the primary number is out of service.
