° Ferdinando Tarquini, Captain

Originally from Italy, Ferdinando has already 30 years of experience in the maritime industry. After graduating from nautical school, he started his career as officer and worked on board several motor yachts including NADIR II and T.M. BLUE ONE, and sailing yachts VAE VICTIS and CARRERA. With his passion for travelling, Ferdinando has extensively cruised in the Caribbean and the Maldives, and knows the Mediterranean like the back of his pocket. A qualified jet-ski instructor, he is also a RYA certified wave runner trainer. Captain of FORCE BLUE for nearly 15 years, Ferdinando was awarded Captain of the Year in 2008 and also won the Roberto Migliaccio Award in 2015 in the name of his outstanding level of service, loyalty and dedication.

° Andrea Cavicchioli, Chief Mate

Born in Italy, Andrea started his career in yachting at the age of 22 and was promoted to 2nd Officer after only 2 years in the industry. With an extensive passion for travelling, Andrea had the opportunity to cruise widely, gaining great knowledge of the Mediterranean and the Maldives. Andrea has already 12 years of experience as Chief Officer on board FORCE BLUE. He is very reliable and always ready to help the other members of the crew. During his free time, he enjoys listening to music and playing football.


° Luciano Tarquini , Chief Engineer

With a strong background in the industry, Luciano has cruised for 15 years all over the Mediterranean. Initially 2nd Engineer on carrier vessels, he decided to focus his career on motor yachts. With great motivation and enthusiasm, he also cruised in the Maldives and the Caribbean. Luciano gained a lot of experience working on board AWAY and LADY IN BLUE yachts, before joining FORCE BLUE in 2005 as Chief Engineer. When he is not working, Luciano enjoys listening to music and visiting his family in Italy.


° Alessandro Lombardi, 1st Engineer

After completing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Alessandro started his career in the maritime industry in 1998. With greate experience in mechanical and electrical work, Alessandro ensures that the engine room system on FORCE BLUE are at the highest standards. Before joining the crew of FORCE BLUE Alessandro also worked on different motor yachts including Sophie Blue, Dionea, Nataly and Shergoold.


° Maurizio Copello, 2nd Mate

Maurizio attended the Nautical Institute 'Cristoforo Colombo', then started his career at sea in 2013. He gained experience in the yachting industry working on board a few Ferrettis. He joined FORCE BLUE in 2017 and is very excited for another season with new guests on board. When he is not working, Maurizio enjoys listening to music and online surfing.

Beglov is a hard-worker and has been passionate about the sea since his youngest age. Very enthusiastic, he is delighted to have the opportunity to cruise and discover new destinations, always maintaining order and efficiency on board FORCE BLUE.


° Dario Spinetto, Bosun

His passion for swimming led Dario to a career in diving. In fact, he has been a professional diver for 15 years in the port of Genoa. On board FORCE BLUE since 2005, Dario is a diving and jet-ski instructor. Also able to ride the flyboard and hoverboard, Dario knows how to entertain the guests on board. He enjoys excursions with clients and leading them to discover exceptional places. Dario has had the opportunity to work all over the Mediterranean as well as the Caribbean and the Maldives during several seasons.

He's dynamic deckhand, this a hard-worker and enjoys having responsibilities on board FORCE BLUE since he joined the crew is keen to improve and learn new skills at sea. Giobatta is a team player, always dynamic and looks forward to do a new busy season with the rest of the crew! Giobatta is very excited to start his 1st season on board FORCE BLUE!

He gained experience as a deck hand onboard S/Y Piropo (56m) Perini Navi and S/Y Gigreca.He is eager to deliverthe guests the best service so they can havean unforgettable experience. Very enthusiastic,he is delighted to have the opportunity to cruise and discover new destinations, always maintaining order and efficiency onboard FORCE BLUE. Samuele is thrilled towork onboard the stunning FORCE BLUE!

° Alessandro Benacquista, Chef

Alessandro was born in Italy, and after completing his studies in Rome, he started to work as a Chef in 2009.
Alessandro specialises in Mediterranean and Italian cuisines as well as bakery and small desserts.
Thanks to his training, Alessandro is also very familiar with dietetic food including gluten-free. During his career he has worked in some fine restaurants and 5-star hotels in Italy including Sofitel Roma Villa Borghese and Aleph Boscolo Hotel. Alessandro joined the yachting industry in 2019, where he worked on a 52m Benetti.He finally joined FORCE BLUE and her amazing crewin 2020 as asous chef and now he is ready to delight the guests with his wonderful talents.


° Stefano Calvi, 2nd Chef

Originally from Italy, Stefano is an experienced Chef. He previously worked in La Sirettetta del Lago (Tuoro del Trasimeno), La Sirenetta(Santa Maria degli Angeli) and in other restaurants as 2nd Chef. He is specialized in bakery ,small desserts and Mediterranean and Italian cuisines. Stefano is very excited to star this 1st season onboard FORCE BLUE!

Roberta is fit and healthy, loves to provide the best possible service and training and enable her young stews to gain confidence and experience in all internal departments. She have a positive and calm demeanor and she really like working in exclusive and very demanding environments. She is very excited to be a member of the team again.

He take guidance and direction well, and he enjoy learning from others. He eager to be part of a team and come drama free, I believe therefore he would be a great addition to any vessel given the opportunity. Jarred is very excited to start his 1st season on board FORCE BLUE!

She a strong mind for service and great ability to perform in a teamwork- environment, She now looking forward to take part of the high quality service that a yacht has to offer. Due to his years in the service industry and working in school she know that she have a lot of transferable qualities and skills that will become useful onboard in the role as a junior stewardess.
As a person you will find she happy and very optimistic. she curious about learning new skills and she never think twice when taking on new challenges.
With she strong work ethics and an erge to learn she pick up new thing fast. As this is a career step for her, she mainly looking for a permanent position.
