The hostess will cook for you and you will dine with the family in  friendly and amusing atmosphere.

Or  you can book a Tuscan cooking class that will begin with the shopping in the market, then will continue with the preparation of food in the home and will end with dinner by the family.

DINNER WITH FAMILY

AN AUTHENTIC TUSCAN DINNER IN A PRIVATE HOME WITH FLORENTINE FAMILY 

You will be hosted by a Florentine family and share the evening meal in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, meeting other guests from everywhere in the world.

8 (eight) seats are booked every night.

Dinner will include: appetizers, a main course of pasta, a main dish of meat with vegetables, dessert, bread, water, wine, coffee.

The dishes may vary depending on the season and availability of products to the market, but they will be strictly homemade according to old Tuscan tradition.  

Dinner will start at 20,00.

At the time of booking you will be told the address.

PASTA COOKING CLASS

PASTA COOKING CLASS WITH DINNER

You can learn the ancient art of handmade pasta and enjoy it at Cinzia's home.

The class schedule is the following:

- h. 17.00 = arrival at Cinzia's home and beginning of the class

- preparation of pasta

- cooking of two different sauces for pasta

- cooking of Tuscan "crostini"

- h. 20.00 = dinner with the prepared dishes, and dessert cooked by Cinzia

TUSCAN COOKING CLASS with shopping at the market

COOKING CLASS THROUGH THE OLD TUSCAN TRADITION

You will be guided by Cinzia through the secrets of most ancient tuscan cooking tradition.

The class schedule is the following:

- h. 9.30 = you meet Cinzia at the S. Ambrogio market for shopping of ingredients

- h. 10.30 = you arrive at Cinzia's home and you start to prepare the foods, under the guide of Cinzia

- h. 13.30 = you eat the dishes prepared together with Cinzia's family
