The Hotel's Restaurant and the wood owen Pizzeria is to be found on the ground floor, has glass floors over historic ruins and is located inside the palace "dammusi" and an ancient grotto (home of the first peoples who settled in south-eastern Sicily more than 3000 years ago), and with 25 tables outside on the main street in front of the city hall; here you can enjoy traditional Siciliaan cooking combined with high Italian cuisine based on excellent quality ingredients, carefully selected by chef.The Pizzeria wood-fired owen is built according to the Sicilian tradition and managed by chefs experts on the cooking on stone, and offers 60 different pizzas, of which 10 are fish pizza.

Tipical Sicilian dishes and appetizers are offered, a wide range of traditional land and sea pizzas, Sicilian desserts and a choice of our land’s wine and beer.

The daily fresh and top quality fish and ingredients are almost exclusively local, in order to offer the customer a taste of the best Sicilian Culinary tradition.
