Nice hotel friendly staff

Check in was quick and efficient and the staff were friendly. The hotel is well located to Waterloo train station. The room was an average size, the shower was nice, and the bathroom had a modern feeling. The bed was comfortable. Tea and coffer were provided. There was a TV and safe. The room was warm and the free Wi-Fi worked well. I was visiting London to watch some sport, so did not get an opportunity to visit the roof terrace but its apparently vey nice. I also did not have breakfast in the hotel either. All in all an enjoyable stay, the hotel was well located for what we needed, though the price was at the higher end.

Highly recommended excellent hotel near Waterloo Station

Can't speak highly enough of this hotel. From the welcome drink to the check out process, everything was excellent. Our room was on the 10th floor with a wonderful view of the London skyline. The room was spotlessly clean as were the windows. Every little amenity provided, wanted for nothing. The bed was ultra comfortable as were the pillows. We had a problem switching on the TV; a staff member came within minutes and sorted the problem (was a fuse so nothing we had done or could have done to rectify). Breakfast was plentiful and extremely varied with full English style vegetarian options. There is also an open bar on the 8th floor where we had 2 free cocktails. The staff were all extremely polite and helpful, nothing too much trouble. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in the UK.

A top hotel in a good location with great staff and very good food.

Love hotel just a few minutes walk from Waterloo station. We were warmly greeted by friendly staff, and check-in was efficient. Our room was spacious and on the top floor where we had a great view of London.We stayed overnight before enjoying a sumptuous breakfast by Philipe and his team. The staff were very friendly, attentive, efficient, and professional.

Lovely holidays

The hotel is really great and its location is fantastic, there are lots of things to do in the surroundings. Besides, the service has been great since our arrival, specially the one given by Violeta. She has done her best to ensure the best of the stays in the city and it has been really helpful to have someone who spoke Spanish in the hotel. Looking forward to coming again!!

My gifted experience was staying at the gorgeous @h10londonwaterloo for two nights with breakfast each morning, followed by a beautiful dinner at the @monmouthkitchen and then lastly seeing the amazing Lion King at Lyceum Theatre.🦁 .
