Cercare di dipingere. Ormai l’arte è la mia vita: vivo per dipingere e dipingo per vivere, soprattutto.

3) Ha già esposto le sue opere in una galleria d’arte?
si, sia all’estero che in Italia
4) Come ha scoperto la sua passione per l’arte?
abitando a Livorno entra nel sangue

la Natura
6) Il più bel complimento che le è stato fatto riguardo ad una sua opera…
Chi mi ha detto che rappresento la realtà così com’era

8) Pensa che oggi tutti abbiano la possibilità concreta di esprimere la propria arte?

9) Quali messaggi intende trasmettere attraverso le sue opere.
E a chi sono destinati?
La Natura è la mia musa, e per me dipingere è poesia. Sono destinati a tutti coloro che riescono ad emozionarsi di fronte a certi paesaggi e ai nostalgici di certi contesti.
La sensibilità e la nostalgia sono due dei messaggi principali
10) A quali delle sue opere presenti nel sito è più affezionato? Di quale ne è particolarmente fiero?
praticamente tutti
11) Le piacerebbe dedicare più tempo alla sua arte o lo ritiene sufficiente?
più che sufficiente
12) L’ artista contemporaneo che suscita maggiormente la sua ammirazione…
Credo che tutti gli artisti contemporanei, in quanto artisti, siano da ammirare. Per la loro passione e la loro espressività, non esiste un cattivo artista o un buon artista. Esiste l’Artista.
13) Artista si nasce o si diventa?
si diventa.
14) Ritiene che nelle scuole di oggi si fa abbastanza per avvicinare i bambini e gli adolescenti al mondo dell’arte?
nemmeno per sogno
15) Qual è il suo museo preferito? E perché?
Non sono un assiduo frequentatore di musei, ma mi piace vedere dal vivo i dipinti dei macchiaioli e degli espressionisti
16) Il suo libro sul comodino?
Libri di politica.

19) Una volta nei caffè ci si incontrava per discutere di letteratura, filosofia, arte….

assolutamente no

primavera

si. uso toni più cupi quando attraverso un periodo storto.
22) Pensa di poter passare alla posterità un giorno?
no
23) Cosa vorrebbe migliorare nei suoi lavori?
il quadro che farò domani

no. l’arte non si insegna, si apprende da soli.

attualmente qualcuno pensa per se, ma tempo fa non era così

Try to paint.

yes.

4) How is it that you became close to the art world?
Living in Livorno, it is natural.
5) What is the source of your inspiration?
Nature.
6)Which is the best compliment ever paid to one of your works?
Who tell me that I rappresent the reality as was
7) Which critic hurt you the most?
Do you paint always?
8) Do you think that today everyone should have the right to express himself?
yes
9) What message do you want to convey with your works? And who are the people that you want to address with your works?
Nature is my muse. And painting for me is poetry. My works are for all people that feel something in front of some landscapes and nature. Nostalgia and sensibility are two of principal messages.
10) Among the works present in the web site, which one of them are you are most affectionate to? Which one of them are you most proud of?
all.
11) Would you like to dedicate more time to your art?
no, is more than enough
12) Tell us the name of one living artist that you admire the most?
All living artist, because artist, are for admire. For your passion, and expression. Not exist a bad artist or a good artist; simply exist the Artist.
13) Do you think that the artist is a process in the making or you are born an artist?
is a process in the making.
14) Do you think that public education does enough in order to make children and teenagers more interested in the world of art?
no!
15) Which is your favourite museum? And why?
I don’t know. I love Macchiaioli and Espressionisti.
16) What are the books on your night table?
Politic books. And Dylan Dog.
17) What is your favourite city?
Rome

Green
19) Historically, artists met in cafes to discuss literature, philosophy, art…Do you think that they still do that?
no!

springtime

yea.

maybe. but i think no.
23) What do you think you need to improve in your work?
the painting that i will do tomorrow

i believe in the artists selfish, now.
