The Riddler has, for decades, been one of Batman's greatest foes. His popularity as a Halloween Costume grew in 1995 when he was played by Jim Carrey in Batman Begins.The costume itself consists of five parts:

5. and lots of black question marks to paste all over the suit.
Once you've got all that, the only riddle left to solve is who you'll be beating at the costume contest this year.
