COOKING SCHOOL

At our Schools you will discover the pleasures of cooking, will learn the most important and famous regional and national Italian recipes and will taste the wines of this wonderful country that is Italy.

Your “Maestro” will be Executive Chefs that will teach you how to prepare the traditional Italian dishes and elegantly and creatively present them.

Noor Cooking School offer different Cooking Classes to best fit your need.
Classes can be:

- Cooking Lessons lasting half day
- Cooking Courses lasting one day
- Cooking Vacations lasting a week

All Classes can be arranged for individual or for groups and can be held in English, Spanish, French, German and Swedish.
Whatever Class you will choose, we will fully take care of you.
From the pick up at your hotel or at the airport, to the accomodation in our villas and resorts, our staff will do the best to make the Class ... an unforgettable experience to tell your friends.

Classes will introduce you to the corner stones of Italian Cuisine, such as fresh home made pasta, ravioli, gnocchi as well as desserts and other specialities which have made Italian cuisine world famous.

All Classes, except Cooking Lessons, also include guided tours to most important natural, artistic and historical spots nearby our Schools.

Cooking Courses in Mazzano Romano are held at our Noor Resort.

Mazzano is an ancient medieval village and the Resort itself is a restored medieval building.

In this School we can arrange courses for groups or for individuals up to 10 people.

The course takes a day (from 9.30 to 17.30) and includes picking ingredients in the kitchen garden, a visit to medieval cellars, the lesson, wine tasting, lunch, a tour to the medieval village of Calcata and Monte Gelato falls and the transfers.

The course addresses the preparation of fresh pasta, tomato sauces, dressings with olive oil and desserts such as Tiramisù.

We also organize longer courses, from 2 to seven days, with excursions to the Castle of Bracciano and to Sutri (Etruscan necropolis) with accomodation in our Resort.

Cooking Lessons in Rome Downtown are held at our That’s Amore Restaurants.

Our restaurants are located close to Trevi’s Fountain and to the Basil of Santa Maria Maggiore, in the heart of Rome.

In this School we can arrange lessons up to 50 people.

Lesson last 2 hours and may include also the meal, either lunch or dinner.

The lesson addresses the preparation of fresh pasta, tomato sauces, dressings with olive oil and desserts such as Tiramisù.

We also organize wine tasting workshops and complement the lesson with musical entertainment.

In Capri we offer all inclusive Cooking Vacations, lasting up to a week, including a comprehensive tour of the beauties of this famous island.

Our exclusive Villa of Anacapri, where vacations are spent and guests are accommodated, has a spectacular view over the island of Ischia and the Gulf of Naples.

In this School we can arrange vacations for groups or for individuals up to 8 people.

The vacation is a journey through the scents, the flavours, the emotions, and the colours of the Mediterranean Sea, accompanied by cooking lessons addressing the preparation of typical italian dishes; from pasta to fish, passing through vegetables and finishing with desserts such as Tiramisù, or the famous neapolitan cake, Pastiera.

A boat brings our guests around the island offering an unusual view of the Faraglioni and of other famous spots. Emperor Tiberio’s Palace, Krupp Street, the Piazzetta, Gardens of Emperor Augustus are some of the wonders that will be visited during this exclusive stay.

In Reggio Calabria we offer all inclusive Cooking Vacations, lasting up to a week, including a comprehensive tour of the beauties of Calabria and Sicily.

Our exclusive Villa of Reggio, where vacations are spent and guests are accommodated, has a spectacular view over Messina’s Straits where its natural whirlpool has been linked to the legend of Scylla and Charybdis.

In this School we can arrange vacation for groups or for individuals up to 8 people.

The vacation is a journey in the marvellous Southern Italy and through the Italian cuisine that exhalts Mediterranean scents and flavours, and the cooking lessons addresses the preparation of typical italian dishes, from pasta to fish, passing through vegetables and finishing with meats and desserts.

A bath at the lovely Scilla and at Vatican Cape, visits to Tropea, Gerace, Pentedattiilo and to the Riace Bronzes, a tour in Seminara famous for its ceramics and a walk in the pearl of Sicily Taormina are the exquisite sites that complete this exclusive vacation.
