Online-tur.com reservation system guarantees information security. Our system uses the SSL-encryption while receiving your personal and financial data. SSL-encryption enables encoding the information transmitted through the Internet, such that no one can catch and decode the information during the data transfer.

Attention! Cancellation policy for each hotel is specified on the hotel page in `Hotel Policies` paragraph. Please note that cancellation policies differ per hotel. Why does Online-Tur.com need my credit card details?
Your credit card details are just transfered directly to a hotel during reservation in order to guarantee your reservation and keep your room till your arrival. Please don’t use empty credit cards because hotels can pre-authorize your credit card before arrival. If you don’t have necessary amount on credit card hotel can cancel you reservation. .

Where can I find contact details of the hotel and directions to the hotel?
You can find the address on the hotel page. On the hotel page you find location, direction details and an extensive map of the area around the hotel. If you need telephone, fax and e-mail of the hotel please check your reservation status in My reservations / cancellation page, using your booking number and pin-code.

I do not have a credit card. Can I still book a room?
Yes, but through the another reservation system. Then you should pay your booking in office close to you.

Is it safe to fill in my credit card number? How secure is the Online-Tur.com website?
Your credit card information is sent directly to the chosen hotel through a secure SSL protocol. We use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details. The encryption method used is the industry standard `Secure Socket Layer` (SSL) technology. Our SSL certificate has been issued by Thawte certification center. Our server and network are protected by firewalls against unauthorized access. This means we can guarantee that it is totally safe to send us your credit card details. Your credit card information is just forwarded directly to a hotel and is not stored on our server.

As soon as you have filled the booking blank, a confirmation appears on the screen at once. You can print it. The confirmation email will be sent to you within a couple of minutes. The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email is typing your email address incorrectly. So please print your confirmation at once.

Can I book a hotel room by telephone or email?
Unfortunately, no. Pre-payment or credit cards are needed for reservation.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
As soon as you have completed the booking, you will see a confirmation with booking number and pin-code on the screen. We recommend to print it. I have booked a hotel but I did not print the confirmation. What should I do?
You can open your confirmation with booking number and pin-code on the page My reservations / cancellation. If you lost your booking number and pin-code, you can send a request so we could recover your booking number and pin-code.
