Aluminium Cold Extrusion

Aluminium cold extrusion is especially recommended to manufacture cases with significant length/diameter ratio.

By means of particular changes on the moulds shapes it is possible to obtain items with very interesting shapes even with internal integrated pipes.

There are a lot of products that can be produced with cold extrusion instead of using other processes with the advantage of  costs reductions because of: the high production speed and better mechanical characteristics on the finished product thanks to the hardening of the metal after the extrusion.

It often happens that Oreste Pardini combines extrusion with other processes like: draw-plate, reduction, cone-shaping and coining to obtain more complex shapes not directly obtainable with the extrusion process.
