The complete automation of TOP Automazioni machines allows you to eliminate downtime and lighten workloads, automating the insertion and ejection process from beginning to end.

Thanks to the patent obtained in 2002, today the guide channel adjusts itself in 60 seconds, through a PLC touch screen: since it does not have to replace each bushing, the diameter change process is optimised, eliminating manual intervention and the relative downtime.

 Fully automatically, without anyone else having to put their hands on it.

Buying an automatic loader usually requires one or more additional purchases of accessory equipment and spare parts (bushings, shelves and equipment to change the guides)

In addition to the cost of the machine, therefore, additional costs must be incurred.

With our automatic loaders this NEVER happens: if the cost of the single machine may seem non-competitive, always consider that our machines are inclusive of all the options and there is no need to buy anything else.

Our loaders are exempt from additional charges: sometimes, the cost of the accessory equipment of the other loaders, added to that of the machine, is higher than a single TOP Automazioni brand loader.
