Aerial Arts of Rochester is a Circus Arts Training and Wellness Center in addition to an Events and Performance venue. We offer alternative fitness classes for youth, teens and adults year-round, including aerial silks, aerial yoga,
pole dancing, trapeze, aerial hoop and so much more!

Our state of the art facility features 13,000 square feet complete with an observation deck, small gym area and several
dance, fitness and acrobatic classes.

For a unique experience, host your Birthday Party or Bachelorette Bash with us! Having Specialty Workshops, Team Building, Field Trips and Summer Camps available, there is something for everyone. Enjoy several performances throughout the year including student showcases and themed productions.
