Beza S.p.A. nasce e si sviluppa alla ne degli anni Sessanta come azienda che opera nel settore della carpenteria metallica e lavorazione della lamiera, producendo sistemi fumari e canali per la ventilazione. Lintuizione innovatrice che port Beza S.p.A. ai primi posti del settore, fu quella di risolvere il problema dellinclinazione dei tubi per canne fumarie grazie a un sistema di curve a settori componibili che rese possibile la deviazione dei fumi. In questo contesto evolutivo lazienda ha sempre seguito, se non addirittura contribuito, allevoluzione tecnologica di questi prodotti, commercializzando tra i primi la canalizzazione interamente in acciaio, e successivamente, i tubi essibili corrugati in acciaio e in alluminio pressato. stata la prima azienda a credere nello sviluppo di questi prodotti e con levolversi del mercato stata tra le prime in Italia a produrli. Oggi Beza S.p.A. offre una vasta gamma di prodotti tecnologicamente avanzati e sicuri (qualit di produzione certicata VISION 2000), con un ottimo rapporto qualit - prezzo che le permette di competere con le migliori tecnologie europee. Sempre attenta al graduale e sempre pi intenso sviluppo dei mercati e delle relative normative, non solo italiane, ha introdotto via via i nuovi prodotti in acciaio inossidabile essibile a parete liscia e i sistemi fumari singoli a doppia parete. Allevoluzione tecnologica seguita quella logistica: oggi, infatti, Beza S.p.A. pu vantare uno stabilimento di produzione con una supercie pari a 7000 mq coperti, oltre a un secondo edicio di 1500 mq che funge da magazzino e locale per lassemblaggio dei moduli. Lazienda, oltre a investire in mezzi e tecnologia, ha assorbito al suo interno le nuove generazioni e uno staff manageriale che ha il compito di guidare lazienda oltre il 2000. Attualmente la struttura vendite dellazienda copre interamente il territorio nazionale e sul mercato italiano Beza S.p.A. leader autorevole nel ramo termoidraulico e in parte quello edile; per questo si avvale della collaborazione di professionisti esterni che ne curano i vari settori. Questo perch, oltre alle capacit e alle potenzialit tecnologiche di cui si avvale, essa intende garantire lafdabilit dei suoi prodotti e assicurare la totale continuit di rapporto con la propria clientela. Le sde e le scelte che lazienda si posta per i prossimi anni sono ambiziose e richiedono, oltre allimpegno costante dei propri dipendenti e dei collaboratori, uno sforzo economico che Beza S.p.A. ha deciso di sostenere per continuare ad essere leader nel settore. The Beza S.p.A. was born and began its development at the end of the Sixties, as a company operating in the area of metal frame and plate manufacturing, producing smoke systems and ventilation ducts. The innovatory intuition which led the Beza S.p.A. on the top positions of this area, was that of solving the problem of ue liners inclination through a system of tting sectored bends making thus possible the deviation of exit smokes. In that evolutionary context, the rm has always contributed to the technological development of these products, marketing before many others the whole stainless steel canalization as well as corrugated exible liners made in stainless steel and aluminium. The Beza S.p.A. was the rst company to believe in the development of these products and, as the domestic market developed, it was one of the rst Italian rms to manufacture them. Today, Beza S.p.A. offers a wide range of advanced and guaranteed products (quality production certied VISION 2000), with excellent quality - price terms that allow it to keep up with the best European techniques. Paying always attention to the gradual and always more intense development of the markets and the related, not only italian, standards, Beza S.p.A. has introduced one at a time the new products made in stainless exible steel with smooth wall

and the double wall ue systems. The technological evolution of the rm was then followed by the logistic one: today, in fact, Beza S.p.A. owns one producing establishment of 7000 mq and a warehouse of 1500 mq where the modules are assembled. Along with investing in technological means, the rm has absorbed a managing staff, which task is to lead it beyond the year 2000. Il sistema ISOTHERM The ISOTHERM system

Il sistema ISOTHERM a doppia parete, adatto per le installazioni esterne agli edifici, dotato di guarnizione a tenuta dal 80 al 300, nervature, coppella in lana minerale ad alta densit (120 kg/mc) privo del ponte termico tra la parete interna ed esterna del sistema. Questo permette una evacuazione ottimale del fumo, quando il camino viene installato allesterno degli edifici, dove mantiene costante la temperatura e ripara i fumi dal brusco raffreddamento stagionale, evitando cos, leffetto condensa. Inoltre la parete esterna del camino pu essere realizzata in rame, in altro materiale, oppure verniciata a fuoco (200 C) nel colore desiderato, in caso di particolari necessit architettoniche.

The double walls system ISOTHERM, suitable for external installations, is supplied with a seal for diameters from 80 to 300 (already inserted from 80 to 250), a mineral wool, high density cupel (120 kg/ mc) and does not present the thermal bridge between the inner and the outer wall. This allows an excellent smoke evacuation when the chimney is installed at the external side of buildings, where temperature is maintained at constant levels and smokes are sheltered from the sudden seasonal air cooling; all this permits to avoid the condensate effect. Moreover, the exterior wall of the chimney can be in copper varnished (at 200 C) with a colour of your choice in case of specific architectural requirements.

Sistema ISOTHERM dal 80 al 300

Il sistema a parete doppia ISOTHERM stato studiato con lo scopo di creare un prodotto di alta qualit che competa con i migliori sistemi oggi in commercio per lassemblaggio di camini/canne fumarie. Le sue caratteristiche principali sono le seguenti: - Facilit di montaggio. - Eliminazione del ponte termico tra la parte interna e quella esterna. - Ingombro ridotto. - Tenuta meccanica perfetta garantita da una fascetta di chiusura. - Tenuta in pressione ed alle condense (guarnizione siliconica certificata). - Possibilit di ruotare di 360 ogni pezzo garantendo la perfetta tenuta.

Caratteristiche tecniche Sistema ISOTHERM, composto da elementi modulari di sezione circolare doppia parete, idoneo ad ogni tipo di impianto domestico o industriale, in grado di garantire unottima durata contro gli attacchi delle corrosioni e di sopportare sbalzi termici fino a valori di punta pari a 500-600 C. Sistema composto da elementi modulari a doppia parete: parete interna in acciaio inox AISI 316 L, finitura BA lucida e saldatura longitudinale al plasma, parete esterna in inox AISI 316 L. Coibentazione degli elementi realizzata mediante pannelli di lana minerale ad alta densit con spessori di 25 mm. Elementi dotati di innesto maschio-femmina con tenuta meccanica assicurata da una fascetta di chiusura. La finitura esterna viene realizzata in modo da garantire unottima resistenza agli agenti atmosferici, al sostegno statico ed alla resistenza meccanica. Inoltre la parete esterna lucida consente soluzioni estetiche apprezzabili, la gamma si completa con le eventuali finiture esterne in rame, alluminato o tinteggiate in tinte RAL. Nel ciclo produttivo e nei componenti utilizzati per il completamento degli elementi (coibentazione) non vengono impiegate sostanze pericolose contenenti amianto o altre sostanze cancerogene e tossiche.

Sistema ISOTHERM 50 dal 350 al 600

Il sistema a parete doppia ISOTHERM stato studiato con lo scopo di creare un prodotto di alta qualit che competa con i migliori sistemi oggi in commercio per lassemblaggio di camini/canne fumarie. Le sue caratteristiche principali sono le seguenti: - Facilit di montaggio. - Eliminazione del ponte termico tra la parte interna e quella esterna. - Ingombro ridotto. - Tenuta meccanica perfetta garantita da una fascetta di chiusura. - Tenuta in pressione ed alle condense (guarnizione siliconica certificata). - Possibilit di ruotare di 360 ogni pezzo garantendo la perfetta tenuta.

Voce di capitolato Sistema ISOTHERM 50, composto da elementi modulari di sezione circolare doppia parete, idoneo ad ogni tipo di impianto domestico o industriale, in grado di garantire unottima durata contro gli attacchi delle corrosioni e di sopportare sbalzi termici fino a valori di punta pari a 500-600 C. Sistema composto da elementi modulari a doppia parete: parete interna in acciaio inox AISI 316 L, finitura BA lucida e saldatura longitudinale al plasma, parete esterna in inox AISI 304, finitura BA lucida e saldatura longitudinale al plasma. Coibentazione degli elementi realizzata mediante pannelli di lana minerale ad alta densit con spessori di 50 mm. Elementi dotati di innesto maschio-femmina con tenuta meccanica assicurata da una fascetta di chiusura. La finitura esterna viene realizzata in modo da garantire unottima resistenza agli agenti atmosferici, al sostegno statico ed alla resistenza meccanica. Inoltre la parete esterna lucida consente soluzioni estetiche apprezzabili, la gamma si completa con le eventuali finiture esterne in rame, alluminato o tinteggiate in tinte RAL e RAME. Nel ciclo produttivo e nei componenti utilizzati per il completamento degli elementi (coibentazione) non vengono impiegate sostanze pericolose contenenti amianto o altre sostanze cancerogene e tossiche.

1) Doppia Parete con coibentazione 25 mm. La distanza da materiale combustibile dovr essere di 75 mm. Double Wall with 25 mm insulation. Distance from combustible material must be: 75 mm. 2) Doppia Parete con coibentazione 50 mm. La distanza da materiale combustibile dovr essere di 50 mm. Double Wall with 50 mm insulation. Distance from combustible material must be: 50 mm.

In qusto caso si pu diminuire di 1.5 volte la distanza, indicata, da materiale combustibile. Es. distanza indicata 75 mm (75:1.5=50 mm). The interstice between the external surface ot the Double Wall and the fuel is filled with one or more layers of ceramic fibre banket thickness 50mm, density 128kg/m3. In this case the indicated distance from combustible material can be diminished 1,5 times. i.e. indicated distance 75 mm (75:1,5=50 mm).
