Extraction

The Bertocchi EOS TT is a Tube-in-Tube Enzymatic Deactivation System that is designed for production of High Quality puree for all your fruits & vegetables.

Aseptic Filling

Alfa Laval Astepo HS-LA linear bag-in-box filler is suitable for high acid (pH <4.5) and low acid products (pH >4.5), such as juices, beverages, concentrated juices, purees, and dairy products like soft ice mix and flavored UHT milk

Peeling

The PDS/R has the ability to automatically feed and align the apples, peel, core as well as the cut in various style such as wedges, slices with seed cell cleaning, rings and chunks. The process itself can also be interrupted to the simple coring leaving the apple whole.

Non-Aseptic Filling

Alfa Laval Astepo Grande non-aseptic bag-in-box filling systems are in widespread use all over the world for filling bags with liquids such as wine, water and other shelf-stable products, dense sauces such as mayonnaise and tomato ketchup, post-mix products, syrups and vegetable oils.
There are also special versions available for production set-ups with particular hygiene standard requirements, and particular flexibility needs.

Capping Solutions

The automaic capping machine is suitable to close under vacuum, by steam injection, in the head space, glass containers usingT.O. (Twist Off) metal caps and P.T. (Press-on Twist -Off) type. With specific devices, it is possible to handle cap sizes from Twist-Off 27-28, 43-89, and 11-110 as well.

Shearing & Cooking

The ProCut has been designed with the ability to obtain an finished product, starting directly from raw materials while using a single piece of equipment in a single working cycle. You can cut, mix, and cook at temperatures as high as 120C degrees Celsius while under vacuum.

Packaging
