WHAT: Multi-content design exploration for the existing “Top Skills” card/screen on Amazon Alexa devices.
ROLE: UX Designer.
PROBLEM: Alexa Skills can acquire customers, but has a difficult time retaining them. The goal is to explore ways to fix this issue.
SOLUTION: Designed Top Skills card solutions to feature multiple skills that explore ways to help increase customer skill retention and activation.
WHAT: A mobile first App Exploration.
ROLE: UX Designer.
USER PROBLEM: Users need the to find short and long term accommodations for their horse needs.
SOLUTION: Created a mobile-first, user-centered app.
WHAT: A responsive web site, custom inquiry system, and a mobile app exploration concept.
ROLE: UX Designer.
USER PROBLEM: People have a difficult time finding a private dining space to suit their event needs.
SOLUTION: Created an intuitive, responsive website. Designed and developed a user inquiry system that enables contacting all members at once. Designed a mobile app exploration.
WHAT: A User-Centered, Responsive Website With Custom Delivery Zone Locator.
ROLE: UX Designer · Project Manager.
USER PROBLEM: Users need the ability to get pizza delivered, and know if they are in a delivery zone.
SOLUTION: Created a mobile-first, user-centered, responsive website with address search/delivery zone location feature. Added e-commerce capability.
IMPACT: Increased online sales by 65%. Increased unique visits. Elevated rank on search engines.

USER PROBLEM: Users need a method to order food, view menus, and quickly find locations.
SOLUTION: Design a user centered, responsive website that increased customer engagement, bring up sales.
IMPACT: Online sales increased by 26.5%, increased unique visits, increased search engine ranking.
