The main goal of the organization is to stimulate the cultural exchange of dance between Italy and the USA, proposing courses, dance workshops, competitions in choreography and offering study grants to deserving students. These dance courses could be held in both Italy or the United States and could be done in collaboration with both public and private organizations for the purpose of obtaining sponsorships, contributions and donations.  The didactic study programs can be held in collaboration with American universities and Italian study centers, and can even be involved in competitions held in the European Union by other public and private organizations.

The organization proposes to train dance instructors with the intentions of offering the greatest breadth of international training available.

Furthermore it will be a point of reference and information, for young Italian and American artists, on the reality of dance in these two countries and will offer them useful direction – especially since it is our organization’s firm conviction that dance has no boundaries.
