Being new to archery I did not know what to buy. After telephoning the number on the website and talking to them, they explained a few key points that were needed to allow me to make my purchase. Delivery was swift, items well packed and customer service excellent. I will certainly buy from ab archery again. Thanks for your help!!!

I am new to the world of archery but my daughter has wanted a bow for ages so I ordered a kit for her birthday (slightly later than planned)and it arrived on time. Phil was amazing, kept me upto date on what was going on with the order and pulled out all the stops to get it here before her birthday.
Excellent service, will definitely use again and recommend to other people.

I am a beginner as you know, and have bought all of my equipment from your store, I should have been able to expect a little more courtesy in your response. Disappointing customer care...again.

we were looking for a wooden bow and arrow set for our daughters 10th birthday, and she didn't like the look of the modern plastic cross bow (she had seen an archery demo and really knew what she wanted) We found AD archery via google, and they had just what we had been searching endlessly for. The sale process was very straight forward, though we thought the delivery cost was a bit excessive, and it arrived within the stated time, followed up with emails etc. She is absolutely thrilled with her present, and our 12 year old daughter also wants one!!!!.......(they were never into dolls!!!!!!)

I've shopped with AB Archery a couple of times now. The first, after reviewing their website, I phoned them to ask for advice - extremely helpful and friendly - understood what I was after immediately and advised accordingly. Have since shopped with them again but just over the internet - again great service, they kept in touch via email to let me know how the order was doing etc. I have no problem recommending them.

The item works well, the delivery time was fantastic, huge range of choice and catered for any need. Only gripe would be I didn't receive an email informing me it had been sent which is always nice to receive when buying Christmas presents. If not for that, 5 stars!

We ordered an archery set for Christmas for our daughter, the sets seemed very well priced and it was very easy to see what was suitable for each age group. We received a phone call informing us when our order was being sent and on which day it would arrive. Would definitely order through AB Archery again..

I have purchased from AB Archery twice. My wife and I wished to try archery before we go to a leisure centre where we will be asked to do this. Our idea is to "get our eye in" never having done this. We bought the Hawk bow which was much better than we anticipated and we were sufficiently impressed that on the following week, we bought an Eagle bow set (with target) along with some extra arrows and finger protectors. My wife uses the Hawk and I, who am taller, use the Eagle.
What we bought represented good value for money. The website was clear and easy both to navigate and to purchase from. Delivery was next day (and they arrived early next day) and the bows, etc were well packaged to prevent damage.
I will have no hesitation in using AB Archery again.

Wev'e received other items from this company which were brilliant. Not in this occasion though. The Packaging was in very poor condition and had been opened before. The target was off center and it took over a week to arrive during early December.

Purchased the olympic junior hawk set on 11 April 2012. I had a few questions which were answered to my satisfaction when I called up. The order was received as promised & assembly was really straight forward once I had figured it out. The assembly instructions didn't mention the 'arms' and what to do with them even though the stand had markings for the 'arms'.
The quality of the bows and arrows (I purchased two sets) were absolutely brilliant. The sets were used by adults and juniors, who simply fell in love with archery.
Great product, great price and lots of fun.

I left it late to order a Father's Day gift. My husband has always loved the idea of archery but it has been a few years since he tried it. I found this wonderful site but was worried I may have missed the cut-off time for delivery. However the company contacted me by email and phone to reassure me they would deliver on time. I would have no hesitation recommending this reliable and friendly company to friends and family.

The website easily explained the differences in archery bows and which would be most suitable. The goods came quickly and were stoutly packaged which meant there was no chance for them to get broken in transit which is often a worry when buying from the internet. I would readily use AB Archery again.

I had a problem with my order. They had no straw targets for me yet. However they were quick and precise when they informed me and gave me a new delivery date and their most humble apologies. Excellent service, would recommend them to anyone and use them again without hesitation.

Bow arrows quiver target and wristguard all arrived as ordered, nice quality and well packaged. Finger guards were out of stock and I wasn't charged for them. Delivery was a little slow but it was that time of year. Would recommend and will use again.
