Steve Schmid

It is with sadness that we tell you that former CRC President Steve Schmid has died.

Steve’s family asked that CRC notify our members of his passing. Steve was not only known for his presidency, but also for his ‘hot dog boat’ on the lake, and the smiles he brought to boaters. He was a long-time resident on North Pond and will be greatly missed by his many friends.

There is a new regulation concerning the wearing of Life Jackets for Canoeists, Kayakers and Paddleboarders. Life Jackets must be worn (not just carried) between the dates of
September 15 to May 15
