Meet The Band Behind The Sound!
Norbert McGettigan hails from Moorestown, NJ and plays a fine upright bass style. This new-comer to LSB, in January 2024 lends his vocals too in the group's hi-lonesome sound Be sure to look him up at a shows near you this year and give him a big ole welcome. He may just be hanging out at the LSB merch table.
Larry Stephenson, long time mandolin player and lead vocalist puts the "class in bluegrass" and the finishing touch on stages across the globe. You can find his hi-lonesome clear penetrating sound on many hit collections and at all stage performances. He IS the man behind the LSB soundr. You can find him & the crew signing autographs and visiting at venues after their stage shows across the country.
Derek Vaden lends his three finger-style picking on banjo and harmonizes with his great baritone in the #LSB. You might find him at the merch table having a cup of fresh brewed tea while visiting with fans and friends. He is an excellent addition to LSB's great sound and we're thrilled to have him travel the roads to shows everywhere.
Matt Downing from Austin, Texas picks the guitar and harmonizes with his fresh vocals in LSB. He sings a great song too at the live shows as well. You can find Matt, when off the road spending time with his wife and children. He might even be deep in technology during the week. LSB welcomes his fun nature to stage shows across the country.
