Refunds/Exchange Deadline

All, in-store, course materials refunds and/or exchanges must be processed, with an ORIGINAL receipt, by March 1st. 

All other refunds and/or exchanges MUST be completed, with an original receipt, within 2 business days of the original transaction date.

All refund and/or exchange items must be returned in original condition with the ORIGINAL receipt.

My Order Status

Need to check the status of your order?

• For Textbook orders ONLY, Log into your vvc.ecampus.com account. Order status and shipping information will be there. 
  
  
• For all other orders, Log into your vvcRams.com account.  Go to "My Account" and select the Shopping Basket.  Here you will see the status of your orders in Order History.
• Once your order flips to Shipped (UPS & Bookstore Pickup), that means we have successfully charged your order and we are preparing your order shipping out or for Pickup. 
• If shipping UPS - it will be shipped out the following business day
• If you selected Bookstore Pickup, we will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup.

Rams Bookstore Textbook Pickup Service

Once your order has been successfully processed, you will be notified via email or text when your order is ready for pickup. 

Please do not attempt to pick up your order until you have received your notice via email or text.

Your VALID PHOTO ID card is required for pickup.
