The Shareholders’ Meeting of BasicNet, chaired by Marco Boglione, took place at BasicVillage in Turin on Tuesday, April 16^th. The annual meeting approved the 2023 Separate Financial Statements and the distribution of a gross dividend of 0.15 euro per share for a total of 7,4 million euros. It also authorized the Board of Directors to purchase a maximum number of ordinary shares which, taking account of those already held by BasicNet, does not exceed the legal limits, for a period beginning from April 16^th, 2024, until the next Shareholders’ AGM.
