Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes! If you live in Canada, the United Kingdom, or Australia, please contact our distributors in those countries. If you live in another country, please contact us for shipping options.
How long will it take to get my order?
Transit times depend on your location. Orders typically take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What is your refund policy?
If you are dissatisfied with the UltraSlide or related products, they may be returned to us within 30 days of receiving the shipment for a full refund of the cost of the product(s).
