When are y’all going to wake up and start building additional parking by the new terminal? Something needs to be done since y’all dropped the ball on this. We are not even to the summer travel season yet and parking is full. 
Is the economy garage the old airport parking garage?
Parking is the worst at this "new" airport. I thought it was supposed to be an improvement. You had a clean canvas and failed.

It’s very easy to reserve parking online. 🤷🏻♀️
I always make my reservation well in advance of my trip to assure I get a spot! 🤷🏻♀️

I was one of them
Flew in from Heathrow with BA yesterday. A perfect, fast experience to go through passport control and customs, and out to get a cab into the city. Having travelled to NOLA since 1988, I love the new terminal...
Took forever to get through the checkpoint Sunday morning. Lines were backed up into the stairs and escalators. The second floor before security had 0 zero room. Just wait til the Superbowl comes and its a nightmare. The airport is not big enough and thats a fact. It may be bigger in size than the old one but its 10 times smaller is functionality. Airlines do not have enough gates and are scattered now across concourses.
The same day that the exit flyover ramp closed and all traffic exiting had to flow into 1 lane out to Veterans Blvd...yea I sat in that mess.
And since they dropped the ball on parking when y’all built the airport, more than half of them had no place to park

Don't rent here! I'm still waiting for a $500 refund for a car they denied renting me on March 18th. I was told by Hertz that the associate who told me I needed to pay an additional $900 and refused me a rental at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport Hertz applied my refund toward another person's rental. She told me us get out back within a few days but after not getting it, I was told because I didn't call the insurance place separately within 24, I couldn't be refunded for my insurance on the car I couldn't rent after paying and then my refund going toward another person's rental.
