I often stay at this at the Raven Hotel from time to time As a little break. I very much enjoyed the hotel and would highly recommend this as 1st place to anybody whom is looking for a welcoming, warming on arriving. The staff are amazing, and there is nothing I can complain about. Variety of breakfast in the morning in beautiful restaurant all in exclusive.

There was a lot of good shops, restaurants, well known chain of pubs, other lovely pubs that also offered food.Nice cafes, dotted around,a market was on ?a Saturday market. A lot of car parks on offer,a few of the big supermarkets around, petrol stations and hotels around as well.

We had wonderful staff and they were amazing ,especially Melissa who went above and beyond for me,on the night and she’s such a lovely girl. A cooked breakfast isn’t available,we only found this out on the day of check in that a continental breakfast was the only selection... I would have liked a bigger selection for the continental breakfast ,it wasn’t well stocked,my guests were disappointed, and hungry, although we did leave to have a breakfast at a local weatherspoons

Hotel was too far outside the town centre.

Hotel was too far outside the town centre. To walk to the centre was 40 minutes. Nothing much to do around Corby. Had to rely on transport from my friends. I wouldn't be in a hurry to return to Corby. I will be staying in Northampton 30 minutes drive away or in Birmingham 1 hour drive away next time.

Corby is more or less an industrial place.

Corby is more or less an industrial place. There is absolutely no interesting points in the town itself, apart from an incredible skatepark, Europe`s largest. Nevertheless, there are many interesting sights in driving distance. The small villages in the area are just adorable.

The hotel is more of a place for workers ie factory workers are put up in this hotel and contract workers and this is fine but for the money I paid it is over priced and for the room I was given breakfast was cold even with the heater lamps on the food

This property was absolutely amazing. The owners are extremely accommodating and offer a wealth of knowledge about the area and all of England in general. When I arrived at the property I was greeted by the owners, they had bread, butter, milk and fresh jam in the fridge waiting. Moat Cottage is located conveniently near both Kettering and Corby and not a far drive from Rushden Lakes making the location perfect for someone who wants to see a bit of everything. The village is charming and the property was everything I hoped for and more.

Very nice and helpful staff and the cleanliness of the place is second to none. Very comfortable room with three shared toilet and shower areas so one of them will always be free and they are always clean and spotless. A great hotel for a short stay. Very nice people everywhere in this village, nice enough to leave your car in the free car park with a satnav clearly on view and nobody will touch your car. Retail shopping area is just a five minute walk away as well.

The reception I received on arrival was firs class, the room was smart and comfortable. The dinner downstairs in the bar was if anything, too much food. Great location of you have to be in Corby, not too far from the town centre. The staff are all really nice, nothing too much trouble. I was very pleasantly surprised by the Raven.

We visited family in the local area and chose this hotel specifically because it had car charging available outside which was great. The unit had issues but this is not the fault of the hotel. Location great. Room was spacious. Most staff members friendly. Breakfast was passable, hot food but not a huge selection as it was quiet.

I would rate this hotel even higher if I could. On arrival I was instantly upgraded at no extra cost. The room was one of the best I have stayed in with a very large TV. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was continental which suited me fine. Ample parking.

Corby guest house is just that ...a normal house in a normal street. You share a sitting room, communal toilet and shower on the ground floor and a kitchen you can use to cook. Once you have stayed here once and know how it works it's all good. I would certainly there again.

They’re located in one of the best spots to be in Corby, being a small town there isn’t much to offer however Saxon Crown is in arguably the best area for what they do have in Corby. The rooms are being updated and have improved quite a bit.
