Sitzes and Longacre Put on a Show for MMA Crowd in Tulsa

Oklahoma's, Thomas "Thunderkick" Longacre, gave the fans their money's worth in an MMA matchup that took place in the Destroyer's backyard.

Longacre won a decision victory over Travis Calanoc in what some called the fight of the night.

Jeri "Fists of Fury" Sitzes also defeated Lacey Schuckman with a TKO in the third round.

Season One MVP Gives Back to the Community

Tim Connors is an certified All Star in the WCL, but back in St. Louis, he is a hero to many children. Connors has opened his own gym, called The House of Hard Knocks in tough inner city St. Louis. Currently he has over 50 students, ranging from 5 years old to 35 years old.
