Clearly the economic quarantine is affecting us all. However, this shall pass. To paraphrase Lawrence Yun, NAR’s highly respected Chief Economist, Real Estate is on a solid foundation, interest rates are at extreme lows, the job market has been strong, stimulus will be available for those who are impacted, and the housing shortage vs. population condition remains. These are just some of the factors that will help us quickly recover from the short-term negative impact of Coronavirus.
