TIMETABLE

Muay Thai classes 6 days per week
BJJ Gi classes 6 days per week
No Gi classes 5 days per week
BJJ Kids classes 4 days per week
Sambo classes 2 days per week
Boxing classes 5 days per week
MMA classes 4 days per week
Wrestling classes 3 days per week

2 open mats per week

Drop-ins and visitors are welcome!

Our regular monthly membership options are payable by direct debit and we ask everyone to sign up for a minimum of six months.

£75 per month enables you to take any two classes per week
£90 per month enables you to take any three classes per week
£120 per month enables you to take any ten classes per week, have unlimited open mat sessions + access our weights/gym area

If you ‘pay per class’ all our lessons cost £20 each

our team

Our instructors and assistant coaches are highly skilled, approachable and professional and the classes they teach can roughly be divided into three categories: those that focus on stand up striking such as Boxing and Muay Thai; those that focus on grappling, takedowns and/or ground work such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling; and those that blend everything together – such as MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) and Sambo.
