Oleg Capovani – professional guitarist
I have been working as a professional musician for almost 20 years. During this time, I played in many projects with different musical genres: pop, rock, dance, Italian. I have played with these bands in Italy, Switzerland, and in the UK. In Russia I have played in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, in Moscow, Sochi, Kaliningrad, Petrozavodsk, Tver, Veliky Novgorod, Pskov. We often played in large private events for the most famous Russian companies. More than that, I partecipated and supervised various projects of blues music, acid jazz, latino; regularly playing gigs in the most famous venues of St. Petersburg. I played with tribute projects in many festivals in St. Petersburg like the Delta Neva, Russia’s most famous blues festival, and Harley Days, the famous rock bikers’ festival. I also collaborate with orchestras such as the IP Orchestra and the St. Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra. I organize and supervise the rock jam session at world famous Hard Rock Cafè.
Oleg Capovani is a talented italian guitarist. Born in Milan, during his career he played gigs in Italy, Switzerland, Great Britain and Russia. He works as session guitarist, plays with different bands and writes his own music. In 2010 has been published his solo album, “Guitar works”. Loves to play different genres as classick rock, blues rock, brit pop, funky and soul, bossanova, fusion. Pay a special attention to his sound, which is possible to define as “vintage”, and to his gear, made by Fender and Gibson guitars, only valve amps by Marshall, Vox, Orange, Fender.
